  • Bye, bye prom season, it’s been a boothing blast!

    Sun’s out, school’s out!

To us, that means one thing – the end of prom season.

July is one of the busiest months for photobooth companies. Not only are our wedding bookings in full swing, but it’s that time of the year when pupils and teachers glam up and let their hair for the traditional leaver’s prom.

These dances are among our favourite events of the year. The booth is full all night with queues of friends cramming in to create memories they will take with them for the rest of their lives. The vibe is always great and, with no alcohol for the kids (officially anyway!) the party is fuelled by nothing more than youthful exuberance.

Last week we did our last prom of 2016 at one of our favourite venues, the Peterborough Marriott hotel. This is a fantastic place for summer events due to the large gardens backing onto the main room, the Henry Royce Suite. The foyer and bar area also proves a brilliant location for the photo booth, giving plenty of space for a comprehensive prop table and giving guests ample room to have fun.

So, prom season 2016 is over, but already we are looking ahead to next year. With an increasing number of junior and senior proms, there are already several bookings in the diary for next July. So if you are holding a prom in the Peterborough, Oundle or surrounding areas, why not get in touch early to book your booth for your event? We promise it will be the star attraction, so don’t miss out!
